Perfect One
lead me the quiet way of Your heart
without the restless hunger to impress
but the slow turning of my soul
toward the fullness of Your love

You are whole in every breath
You pour light on those who curse You
You rain mercy on those who forget You
You love without measure
and call me to walk in that same path

Make me mature in compassion
steady in forgiveness
simple in purpose
so my heart is not divided
and my life is not scattered

Shape me into one who returns to You again

Transform me into one who reflects Your patience
